Travis Scott Is Now Selling Travis Scott-Branded Pandemic Safety Essentials

The rapper just released a line of merch that includes $12 hand sanitizer and a $30 SafeTouch multi-tool.

July 31, 2020

Travis Scott is the master of splashing his name across a random piece of merchandise.

Aside from the usual apparel collections and his super-popular Nike sneaker collaborations, over the past few years the rapper has released video game controllers, rugs, carabiners, a glow-in-the-dark shaker bottle, Reese’s Puffs cereal, an action figure, and everything in between, all bearing his name and Cactus Jack logo. So, of course, Scott had to create something special for all his fans to make it through the pandemic in style.

On Thursday, the rapper released a capsule collection of “everyday safety items,” including a $12 Cactus Jack hand sanitizer, a $25 Cactus Jack cloth face covering, and a $30 Cactus Jack SafeTouch hygiene multi-tool.

Scott’s fresh agave scented hand sanitizer comes with a label that promises the product “Kills 99% of germs…La Flame burns the other 1%,” which seems like a health claim that should probably be accompanied by a very large asterisk. The rapper’s face covering, on the other hand, does come with a lengthy disclaimer about how these embroidered pieces of fabric “are neither medical devices nor personal protective equipment. For the avoidance of doubt, the use of cloth face coverings does not protect you against COVID-19, and is not intended to replace recommended measures to stop the community spread of COVID-19, such as social distancing, washing your hands and refraining from touching your face.”

Which is why, to help with that last point, Scott is also offering a 100% copper multi-tool with an “antimicrobial powder coated exterior,” built-in bottle opener, and bag hook helpfully emblazoned with the phrase, “I ain’t touching that shit.”

Featuring a face mask, hand sanitizer and SafeTouch hygiene tool.

Travis Scott has released a new “Cactus Jack Health” pack featuring a range of COVID-19 essentials. The small collection consists of a cloth face covering, hand sanitizer and SafeTouch tool, boasting earth tones throughout.

The twill face mask is made out of 100 percent cotton and is embroidered with Cactus Jack’s classic logo. Arriving in 72 percent alcohol, the hand sanitizing spray is agave-scented and claims to kill 99 percent of germs. Finally, the SafeTouch is a hygiene multi-tool constructed out of 100 percent copper and comes in an antimicrobial powder-coated exterior. Additionally, it helps you avoid touching unsanitary surfaces like elevator buttons or door handles. To find out how the item works, watch the video below.

The “Cactus Jack Health” pack ranges from $12 to $30 USD, which is now available on Travis Scott’s web store.

Travis Scott Just Dropped Cactus Jack-Branded Covid-19 Safety Essentials

As we’ll be dealing with the effects of Covid-19 for the foreseeable future, Travis Scott has come through with a Cactus Jack-branded health pack. The capsule includes three safety essentials to combat the virus: a face mask, hand sanitizer, and SafeTouch hygiene multi-tool.

The mask is made from 100 percent cotton twill, featuring an embroidered Cactus Jack logo and elastic ear bands. Agave scented, the hand sanitizer is made in the U.S., boasting cheeky branding that reads “kills 99 percent of germs… La Flame burns the other 1 percent.” The multipurpose touch tool is made to grab things you don’t want your hands to come in contact with. It is crafted from 100 percent copper, with an antimicrobial powder coated exterior. Similar to the sanitizer, it also incorporates a comical phrase: “I ain’t touching that shit.”
